Design - Based on the data gathered in the survey and the ideas shared during planning we work on the design of your project.  Often times this phase will require several visits to insure that our proposal to you will be on target and on budget.

Implement - In order to insure the success of your project implementation is critical.   This is the how do we get to where we want to go part of the project.

Follow-up - It would be nice to think that our properly implemented plan would work flawlessly.  Experience tells us, however, that most projects require a little tweaking after implementation.  We work with you to see to it that your needs and expectations are met.

Warranty - In the event of a problem with a particular product we stand ready as your advocate with the manufacturer.  We recognize the importance of reputation in the market place and work hard to insure that you recommend us to your friends.
